A 20% gratuity is added to hors d' oeuvres, buffet packages, stations, and bar packages. If the event is past three hours, there is an additional $100.00 fee for staffing.
Executive Chef Joe Hickel can reconfigure any cooking style to accommodate special requests, including allergies or dietary restrictions. The executive chef has experience cooking for FODMAP, dairy allergies, gluten allergies, nut allergies, seafood, and shellfish allergies.

Monarch Banquets handles all the paperwork, including working with your venue, and covers the permit fee for New York State's temporary liquor license. To add beverage service, Monarch Banquets requires a thirty-day notice.
Monarch Banquets does not require a deposit for tray orders; however, there is a $200.00 nonrefundable deposit and agreement for offsite packages.
Monarch Banquets can rent hot boxes based on availability for $25.00 per day. The hot boxes must be returned to Monarch Banquets the following day. Based on your availability, the team will work with you on a drop-off time.
Monarch Banquets can rent chaffers based on availability for $50.00 per day. The chaffers include stern cans, serving utensils, and setups. The chaffers must be returned to Monarch Banquets the following day. Based on your availability, the team will work with you on a drop-off time.
Monarch Banquets does not charge a cake-cutting fee for your catered event. Our staff can serve or place the cake slices on a dedicated table for guests.
The final guest count is due seven days before your event. After five days before, the total can not be reduced. You may increase the number of guests up to 24 hours before the event.
